Over the last 15+ years, I've built a career turning ideas into results-driven marketing strategies. I started out designing SEO-friendly websites, then moved through industries like SaaS, legal, and higher education, refining my expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and email marketing. But at my core, I'm happiest when my work helps people—whether that's guiding travelers toward their next adventure, smoothing out business operations, or making healthcare information more accessible.

Featured Work
Mini Course Digest
Problem: We didn't have one place for members to access Mini Course resources.
Solution: Using segmentation and smart content, I created three versions of this email targeting different audiences and the courses they would find the most helpful.
Results: This email repeatedly performed well, with one send resulting in 300+ clicks and 30+ signups to 3 of the programs featured.
Adv Challenge
Problem: Partnered with Content Team to drive usage with Advancement audience segment.
Solution: We came up with a challenge to launch in the new year. I worked with the SMEs to pull the appropriate content, then partnered with the graphic designer on creating the landing page. I created all email marketing efforts, including templated and personalized sends.
Results: We had 62 advancement professionals complete the assignment. We received feedback that this exposed them to content they didn't know was available. Resulted in at least one upsell membership.
Pricing Blog
Problem: Sales and Marketing were at odds at having pricing page featured on our website.
Solution: I had an idea after attending HubSpot's INBOUND 2018 conference. Sales didn't want numbers featured anywhere. So I wrote this SEO optimized, throught leadership blog that focused on the main factors that influence the price of a WMS. I also created a corresponding downloadable pdf.
Results: This blog became a key driver of inbound leads and those that came in had a high close rate. This is still used by the Business Development team to qualify leads today.

Social FB Campaign
Campaign for Crescendo Amelia to promote their Holiday Show. Resulted in 102 responses to their FB events and helped influence 5 sold out shows.
LinkedIn Post
Attended a Social Media Expo about AI. Shared my experience at the event, networking contacts, and some great tips for how to use AI in social media.
Demo PowerPoint
During the pandemic, the Sales and Solution Consulting team entered in a demo contest with partners. You had to demo software without actually using the software. I worked with Seth and Dathan to create an actual working demo of RF-SMART in a PPT presentation. We even through in the use of GIFs for some flare. The result: We made it to the Final Four and fostered connections along the way!
